Q: How is my vehicle washed?

We wash the exterior of your your car by hand, using rinseless foam technology. The foam absorbs and lifts the dirt and creates thick lubrication to wipe away the dirt without scratching the paint and without the need of rinsing before or after. This is how we are able to wash the car efficiently in its existing parking space. We dry the vehicle by hand as well, to ensure no water spots. We even dress the tires.

Q: What is the price of the car wash?

$17 for cars, $20 for SUV/trucks

Q: How long does the car wash take?

16 minutes for cars and 20 minutes for SUVs/Trucks. This is from the time of booking to completion, if a washer is available immediately. Our booking system will confirm the completion time before you book, to ensure it meets your schedule. In many cases, we can begin the car wash immediately and aim to complete the wash while you are still shopping. You will receive a text message when the wash is complete.

Yes, our primary washing agent is plant based and environmentally friendly. Best of all, the average wash with Park&Wash uses about a liter of water. The average car wash uses up to 80 gallons of water per car. Washing your car in the driveway uses up to 100 gallons.

Q: Do I need to tip?

Nope, you do not. Our washers earn a solid hourly wage plus an incentive for each vehicle washed.

Q: Will this wash remove bird poop and bugs?

You betcha. We use a special solution just for the pesky stuff. Sure, it still requires some elbow grease, but you’re worth it.

Q: Do you wash the interior of the vehicle?

At this time, this service is for the exterior only to ensure we can wash the car quickly, in its existing parking space, while you shop.

Q: What if I complete my shopping before my vehicle is ready?

No problem. It’s fine for you to return to your vehicle and chill, while we finish up. Just relax, we’ll be done in no time.

Q: Why do I have to provide my license plate number when booking?

This will ensure we’ve found your specific vehicle in the parking lot. :)

Q: How will you locate my vehicle?

When booking, you will enter your the license plate, color, and make of your vehicle. In larger shopping centers, you will also identify the rough location of your vehicle in the parking lot.

Q: Can I book in advance?

Sure. We’d love for you to plan your shopping trip around us to ensure your car can be washed at the most convenient time. Just make sure you’re vehicle is in parking lot at the specified time.
